Change doesn’t happen overnight. Within 30 days of engagement, you will see a plan for implementation. Within 60-90 days of engagement, we will discuss a roadmap for deliverables, clear milestones and performance indicators.
Do you specialize in certain industries?
Our methodologies apply across industries as most growth strain is sector agnostic. We have deep expertise in the real estate development and operations space, including development of people and teams.
Is there a specific time commitment or contract length?
There is no long-term commitment. We will engage in a services agreement with a specific scope which is terminable upon 30 days notice. If you aren’t happy, we aren’t happy.
